The march will be followed by speakers, entertainment, and refreshments.</p>

<p>&#8220;It&#8217;s really a radical change in our food. 75 percent of foods in supermarkets are now believed to contain GMOs&#8230;Our government has chosen to put this on the market without telling us so we&#8217;re almost like guinea pigs in an experiment in that we didn&#8217;t even know was happening to our food,&#8221; said nutritionist Melissa Diane Smith.</p>

Conventionally raised animals are usually fed GMO Corn and GMO soy-based diets and farm-raised fish are often fed GMO feed, too. Organic and grass-fed meat and wild-caught fish are the way our sources of animal protein were until 60 to 70 years ago or so. Find local grass-fed meats at your local farmer’s market. You can also purchase organic grass-fed meat and wild-caught fish at good sale prices periodically at natural food stores.</p>
